Our Idea
From the passion for tourism, after Villa Il Noceto, the
idea of building our second holiday home "Villa De Carlonis" was
born. The villa is completely newly built, and thanks to our architects, we
wanted to blend the rustic style with the modern one, through an unrivaled
design combined with soft and relaxing colors. Once inside, there will be the
effect of being like outside, thanks to its large windows that flood the house
with light. A house completely designed and built to welcome our guests in the
best way possible. The name De Carlonis pays homage to a promise made to one of
our dear people.
The House
The house enjoys a beautiful panorama caressed by the
rolling hills of our beautiful Marche region. The house can accommodate up to
18/20 people in 5 bedrooms all with its own bathroom. Our swimming pool is
large 18mt x 7mt together with a large whirlpool. A 5000 m2 park and a large
parking area surround the property. You will find in the
