The entire property including the pool, park, and parking is exclusively for you. The house is all on one ground floor and can accommodate up to 18 people in 5 rooms all with en-suite bathrooms and all with air conditioning. The size of the pool is 18 meters long by 7 meters wide together with a large jacuzzi area.

In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen ( refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, kettle, ice maker, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, tablecloths, cutting boards, trays ) a dining room with a large table where everyone can eat together, and a spacious living room with sofas and a large TV where you can relax.
We also have an extra service bathroom with washing machine.
Outside we have a large porch equipped with tables, chairs, sofas, and armchairs.
The house is surrounded by a 5000sqm park where children and adults can have fun with a soccer goal, ping pong, and foosball. Large parking area at your disposal .

Near us..
The house is located just 2 km from the center of Monte San Giusto, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, butcher shops, and much more. The first available beach is Civitanova Marche, which is only a 10-minute drive from the house and the road to get there is very simple and fast! Here you can choose the beach either with sand (North seafront) or with small pebbles (South seafront), you have the option to go to the free beach or to paid beach clubs where you can rent sunbeds, chairs, umbrellas, etc..
Very beautiful and quite close to the house are also the beaches of Porto Recanati and Porto San Giorgio.
The famous Riviera delle Palme of San Benedetto del Tronto is only 20/25 minutes away by car.
A little further away, but only 25 minutes by car, you can visit Monte Conero, with the beautiful beaches of Numana, Marcelli, and Sirolo.
In Monte San Giusto, the town where our villas are located, Villa "Il Noceto" and Villa "De Carlonis", you can admire the famous masterpiece by the painter Lorenzo Lotto.
Near the house there are many historic towns such as Macerata (with the famous Sferisterio Theatre for opera, and the city center), Fermo (renowned city of culture, museums, historic buildings), Tolentino (Castello dell'Arancia and the St. Lucia spa), and just 30/40 minutes by car, we have cities like Urbino (a World Heritage Site, the city of Urbino is a top destination for Renaissance art and architecture.), Ascoli Piceno (famous for its travertine marble square, where there is also one of the most beautiful churches in all of the Marche) Gradara (Castles).
Furthermore, just 15 minutes by car in the city of Porto Recanati, you can see the magnificent sanctuary of Loreto, and 45 minutes by car to reach the wonderful Frasassi Caves. Within the region is the Sibillini Mountains Park.
Also remember that near the house (5 km), the main international shoe manufacturers are based, and with just a 5-minute drive you can buy shoes directly at the Factory Outlets.
